NEFPA offers CP review courses to be held based on request and availability. As of 2018, NALA updated the format of the CP Exam.

Requirements for Applicants

NOTE: The application form must be complete. All supporting documentation required to complete the Certified Paralegal examination application form may be e-mailed to testing@nala.org. Documentation includes official school transcripts, attorney attestations, and payment. Incomplete applications are subject to rejection. The documentation required varies based on the category of qualifications, as outlined below.

What to Expect After Submission

APPROVAL:
If you have submitted a completed application, fee, and the correct supporting documentation, you will receive an e-mailed response within 72 hours as follows:

An Application Approval Acknowledgment
An Authorization to Test
A Scheduling Notification from PSI

DENIAL:
If you are missing any information from the application process, you will receive an e-mailed response within 72 hours requesting the additional information. The deadline to submit any requested information is 60 days. If the deadline is not met, the application will be denied.

A Message from the NALA President

Every year NALA hosts an educational conference like no other – and this year that is especially true.
