You are invited to attend a CLE event hosted by ACEDS Jacksonville!

ACEDS Jacksonville is having their second event of 2016 next Thursday, March 31st at noon.  The event will focus on Identification of ESI, including early case assessment, data mapping and custodian questionnaires.

The speakers will include Parke McManis and Barrett Wade from Complete Discovery Source (CDS).  

Parke McManis

Parke is the Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic for CDS, overseeing all operations for the region out of CDS’s Washington, D.C. office. Parke has over a decade of experience in the legal industry, and has concentrated his career in the field of eDiscovery for the past seven years. In both his current position, and previously as an eDiscovery Project Manager, Parke has successfully guided attorneys and their clients through all stages of the EDRM. Parke is an attorney, as well as a Certified eDiscovery Specialist, and a Relativity Certified Administrator. He earned both his MBA and law degree from Mississippi College, and is a graduate of Mississippi State University.

Barrett Wade

In his role as Manager of Sales Operations at CDS, Barrett Wade guides clients through the most effective use of the company’s leading-edge eDiscovery technologies. His expertise in these software applications and the workflows around them allows Barrett to assist the Client Management team in matching clients with the right solutions for their needs. With nine years of experience in the field of eDiscovery, Barrett has previously worked as a Senior Project Manager and Sales Engineer. Barrett is a graduate of the University of Delaware and a former  U.S. Navy Submariner.
