Please join us on Thursday, November 17, 2022 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, for a virtual CLE lecture.  Check-in time starts at 11:45 am.

Speaker: Reid M. Hart of Hart Law, PLLC

 

Topic: DUI's - DMV Proceedings, Discovery (breath tests and field sobriety tests), and Motions practice

Reid received his Juris Doctorate in 2009 from Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude and in the top 10% of his class. Following his admission to the Florida Bar later that year, Reid practiced in the St. Petersburg/Tampa area for several years before moving back to Jacksonville to further his law career. Since becoming a licensed attorney, Reid has exclusively practiced criminal defense, handling cases from the pre-arrest investigative phase through jury trial. He has always believed in taking a personal approach to the practice of law by establishing a relationship with each and every client that allows him to better understand their story, what they are going through, and the impact each case may have on their life. As a Jacksonville native, Reid is proud to represent clients in his hometown and throughout northeast Florida.

COST:  $20.00 Members, $30.00 Non-Members

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Online prior to the event is preferred or you can send payment via Check, or money order made payable to NEFPA, 221 N. Hogan Street, Box 164, Jacksonville, Florida 32202. Please make sure your name is referenced on the memo line of your check or money order.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION: If you are unable to make an event and are paying by cash, check or money order, please notify nefpa.1stvicepresident@gmail.com to cancel your reservation no later than 24 hours prior to the event to avoid being charged.

RSVP deadline: Wednesday, November 16, 2022 by NOON. Zoom call in information will be provided via email to all of those registered on Wednesday, June 15th.

(1) hour credit, NALA approved, will be given for virtual meeting.   Certificate of attendance will be distributed upon receipt of payment by NEFPA,  confirmed registration, and after having remained in attendance for the required minimum 50 minutes.
