TOPIC: Basics of Intellectual Property Law
Please join us for a CLE that will review various forms of intellectual property, discuss submission and forms for trademarks and patents as well as discuss intellectual property enforcement.
Registered Patent Attorney Mitchell “Mitch” Ghaneie helps businesses, startups, independent inventors, nonprofit organizations, and entrepreneurs protect their intellectual property. Mitch earned a degree in biological sciences at Florida State University, then earned his law degree at Florida State University College of Law.
For more than six years, Mitch has prosecuted hundreds of patent and trademark applications. He also represents clients in intellectual property disputes. In addition he provides the following client services:
- Drafting licensing agreements
- Corporate formation and compliance
- Other contractual agreements
